Subsidies are available for private companies and organisations with charity status based in the Yorkshire and Humber area. How does it work? Experienced consultants from a partner college or university would meet with you to discuss your business objectives and assess how consultancy would benefit you and your organisation. This might include focussing on one particular for development - a reoccurring problem or a the implementation and marketing of a new service. You might prefer to look at your organisation as a whole and consider what strategic and operational changes you could make in order to be more efficient. Once your business needs have been identified, the consultant will draw up a plan for action and let you know the time commitment and costs. We are able to provide an 80% subsidy of consultancy, so for instance 2 days of consultancy that might usually cost £2,000, would be only £400! The maximum we are able to support is 5 days. |
