Higher York is offering a range of subsidised training and consultancy for local businesses including support specific to your sector and market.  All businesses receive a free initial one-to-one meeting to agree exactly what your organisation needs and the training or consultancy will be delivered by a Higher York partner.

The subsidised training is open to a wide range of Yorkshire and Humber region based companies and organisations of any size including:

·         Sole traders and micro businesses

·         SMEs with up to 250 employees

·         Voluntary, community and faith organisations

·         Social enterprises

For training businesses only pay for 40% of the total training costs.  There are a wide range of courses from ½ day and full day workshops, online options, non-accredited and accredited options. In addition, all the paperwork is coordinated for you through Higher York.  Click here to see a list of just some of the options available

You might prefer to take the consultancy option for example if there are new products you are trying to bring to the market or ideas that would link well to innovation and knowledge being developed within local universities or colleges, or perhaps your organisation is facing specific challenges that would benefit from a one-to-one approach.
